Thursday 13th – NO SWEAT present… The Sky Designed | Fjords | Siencyn

No Sweat has been promoting local acoustic, folk and chilled-out music in Cardiff over the past year. Usually a weekly night at Cardiff Arts Institute, taking place every Wednesday, No Sweat will be putting on a few extra shows this January and taking part in Twenty4Eleven Festival at The Globe.

THE SKY DESIGNED are formally Samuel H Invisible. The line-up has changed slightly, but the sound is still great. They caused quite a stir in Cardiff during their short spell on the live music scene in 2010. This is their first gig back with the new name and new line-up…perfect for the new year.

FJORDS were previously a lo-fi dirty trio (Don’t Tread On Spiders), who were formally The Days (NME No.1 Breaking Band!), now a revamped alt-rock seven-piece, Fjords are currently pedaling their brassed-up indy wares in and around their natural habitat, Cardiff.

SIENCYN is a solo artist, hand-picked by The Sky Designed as their support for this gig.
